Unless you’ve been living under a rock for the last 12 months I’m sure you’ve heard of the Magnesium trend, or more specifically, the Magnesium spray hype.
Magnesium is a mineral that is responsible for helping to regulate certain systems and processes in the body. In days gone by, we would have received adequate magnesium in our diet, however that is probably unfortunately not the case today. It is thought that a lack of Magnesium can contribute to poor sleep and hormone imbalances (Please note I am not a medical professional, just what I have heard/read in the past).
Magnesium is supposedly easily absorbed through the skin, hence the birth of the fuss free Magnesium spray. The lazy gals way to get some goodness because lets be fair who even remembers to take their Vitamins/Minerals every day!?
after I had gotten into bed on a night. – (I’m not sure where you are supposed to spray it, just something I would read about thesoles of the feet, maybe do your own research as what works for one person doesn’t work for everyone). I really like this spray and I definitely feel like it helps me sleep better and I feel less tired on the day to day however it is less of a mist I would say and more of a sticky spray so it’s best to use when you aren’t planning on walking anywhere in the near future. I usually put it on after a bath as this seems to help it absorb quicker.
The first few times I used the spray it really made my feet feel tingly and hot which feels a bit weird but I’ve since read this can sometimes just mean that you are deficient in Magnesium.
but I don’t feel like for me personally it is necessary to use every day, but everyone is different it is definitely now a permanent feature of my nightstand. That particular bottle as well has lasted me for ages and still have loads left!
